Half-Life 2 is great fun but go ahead and absorb in all of the greatest campaign FPSes in story and gameplay. Two I think steps it up a little more with gravity gun, some vehicle sequences and a little bit of squad time, but 1 is still a great game in storytelling, difficulty, and a fun variety of levels and weaponry.
You can get it for 40p/50¢ on sale. It's well worth that plus a couple of hours of your time if you enjoyed the original Half-life. The blue shift was originally going to be released on a sega console I forgot the name of the console⦠just like the half life decay ps2 but it was cancelled and released on pc.

There are only a handful of complete Collector's Editions on Ebay, and the only one that didn't have a shirt was $165. One without a shirt sold for $133 a few days ago, and an unopened one sold for $300 two weeks ago. It seems like you are probably going to get $150 at most for yours if the corners aren't messed up.
